Tight Line Tournaments was founded in 2007 in Humble, Texas near beautiful Lake Houston. Based on principles adopted by tournament anglers Tight Line Tournaments was slated to host competitive events touted as the "Fairest Game on the Water". Tight Line, over the past few years, has grown exponentially in the Houston area, and has now spread to other lakes around Texas including Lake Conroe just north of Houston, and Lake Livingston along the Highway 59 corridor.
Along the way, Tight Line Tournaments has established itself as the premier Houston Bass tournament circuit, as well as a new player in the Lake Conroe bass fishing arena. For the 2009 Bass Fishing Tournament season, Tight Line plans to head to Lake Livingston for several events including Team Tournaments, as well as Elite Individual events for those big money anglers.
